Описание: To validate Single Cell (SC)-ICP-MS method, evaluations in three types of cells were performed and mass of analyte were in good agreement with conventional ICP-MS data. Agilent 8900 ICP-QQQ, equipped with MVX-7100 autosampler and single cell sample introduction system, provides total automated system that can be controlled by MassHunter software.
