Описание: When our chromatography changes and we suspect a problem, how do we determine where to start an investigation or how to diagnose an issue? In this talk we will look at some of the concepts and practices which are fundamental to efficient troubleshooting of our HPLC systems and methods. While our focus will be on basic troubleshooting techniques, we will also touch on benchmarking to establish good baseline values as well as tools and supplies worth keeping on hand to minimize downtime when an issue does occur.
