Описание: In this webinar we will discuss the tips and tricks to setting up the 6546 LCQTOF for operation in Fast Polarity Switching Acquisition mode. It all starts with setting up the tune page correctly from the preference area. The webinar will give the best parameters to use for this mode of operation. Then we will discuss the best practices on how to setup the MassHunter Qualitative Analysis software to properly extract both the positive and negative ion mass spectral data. We will also discuss some of the advantages and disadvantages of using this mode of QTOF operation.
