Описание: The brand new Cary 3500 represents a generational leap forward in UV-Vis spectrophotometry. With its air-cooled, completely waterless Peltier temperature control from -5 to 110oC, thermal melts are brought to a whole new level of speed and accuracy with the Cary 3500. Commonly performed thermal melts on proteins such as DNA and RNA used to take 4 to 8 hours, however, these can now be completed in under 10 minutes at ramp rates of up to 30oC / min, with the same result fidelity as much slower rates used throughout the industry. These super-fast thermal melts are possible due to the supreme prowess of the Cary 3500's Peltier modules and specially designed, silicon chip-based liquid temperature probes, both of which offer unprecedented rapid temperature feedback. The adjustable probes can even be used in low volume cells at no detriment to optical beam path and data quality. No revolutionary spectrophotometer would be complete without a fantastic light source, and the Cary 3500's hyper-fast 250 Hz xenon flash lamp provides exceptionally light output and an exceedingly long lamp life typically rated at roughly 10 years. Come see what the xenon buzz is all about!
