GPC/SEC (Gel Permeation Chromatography/Size Exclusion Chromatography) is a dependable way of studying Molecular Weight information of biodegradable polymers, a critical parameter to elucidate their physicochemical properties. This webinar explores a basic introduction regarding biopolymers and a detailed discussion on characterization techniques via GPC/SEC, as well as the potential of adding advanced detection technologies such as Light Scattering and differential Viscometry for structural analysis, along with traditional detectors such as refractive index, UV-Vis and Evaporative Light Scattering (ELSD) for increased sensitivity.
