Описание: Accurate quantitative measurements for naturally occurring fat-soluble vitamins in foods are required in nutritional chemistry and food industry. A simple and robust method based on direct saponification followed by Agilent Chem Elut Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE) was developed for the simultaneous determination of fat-soluble vitamins on Agilent 1290 Infinity II LC coupled to an Agilent 6470 triple quadrupole LC/MS system in positive ionization mode. The fat-soluble vitamins include Vitamin A (retinol), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol (D3) and Ergocalciferol (D2)) and Vitamin E (Alpha-Tocopherol). This method was validated and successfully applied for determination of fat-soluble vitamins in a various complex food samples including infant formula, egg, tuna, mushroom, and pet food.
