Описание: Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and their derivative products are an important class of biopharmaceutical molecules with a wide range of therapeutic and diagnostic applications. The full characterization (detect, identify, monitor and quantify) of mAbs requires the development of more advanced sample preparation methods and analytical techniques. Interesting results have been obtained with LC/MS based quantitation of intact therapeutic proteins in recent years. In this study, we demonstrated a full LC/MS workflow to quantify therapeutic proteins in a serum matrix at the intact protein level, utilizing an automated liquid-handling robot for sample preparation, a UHPLC system, an accurate mass Q-TOF system, and data processing software.

Yanan Yang joined Agilent as a pre-sale LCMS Application Scientist in May 2006. She is based in the Center of Excellence at Santa Clara, CA and focusing LCMS applications on both small molecules and targeted proteomics. Prior to Agilent, Yanan was a post-doctoral fellow at University of California at Los Angeles, where she focused on proteomics research using LC/MS. Yanan has a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from College of Pharmacy at University of Illinois at Chicago and a MS in Organic Chemistry from Peking University in China.
