We can be quick to assume that the problem with our chromatography is with the HPLC column, but often there is another reason why the chromatography has changed.
In this seminar, we will discuss practical steps to identify the source of the problem and troubleshoot common issues. Considerations from sample preparation, mobile phase preparation, the column, to the HPLC system itself will be discussed.
Having an understanding for where problems can occur helps us quickly identify the problem, correct it, and prevent it from happening again.
