Описание: In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates a large array of foods. The US FDA also publishes analytical methods that laboratories should use to help ensure food safety. One of these important methods is , FDA Elemental Analysis Manual (EAM) 4.7. This method describes how to determine 12 elements in food by ICP-MS following microwave assisted acid decomposition. In this webinar we will review EAM 4.7, and show how to perform this test method with example data of many different food types.
