Описание: Through the combination of a Pike Technologies Autosampler with an 8” Wafer Sample Holder and an Agilent Cary 7000, one can conveniently map an eight (8) inch wafer in either %T, %R, or both %T and %R. The Cary 7000 has an automated polarizer which allows the user to measure S-Polarized, P-Polarized, or both S & P-Polarized light without operator intervention. This presentation will examine various aspects of Set-Up, Data Collection, and Data Analysis using the Cary 7000 with Autosampler.
