Описание: Adding an Autosampler to the Cary 7000 Universal Measurement Spectrophotometer (UMS) or a Cary 5000 with the Cary Universal Measurement Accessory (UMA) adds another dimension to the capabilities of the instrument/accessory. From substrate/wafer mapping to multiple samples, the versatility of the autosampler enhances productivity. During this presentation the setting up and running various samples will be examined.
