Описание: The analysis of water-soluble vitamins plays an important role in clinical labs as well as in applied markets. A highly sensitive and specific LC/MS analytical method utilizing the Agilent Ultivo Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (TQ) coupled with the 1290 Infinity II UHPLC system has been developed for the quantitation of 8 water soluble-vitamins B vitamin: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinic acid), B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal), vitamin B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cobalamin) . A simple gradient elution is carried out on a Rapid Resolution High Throughput Revers Phase (RRHT-RP) column (particle size 2.7 µm). All compounds elute in less than 10.0 minutes with good linearity over more than two orders of magnitude, from 0.5 to 500 ng/mL, it was demonstrated with good peak area reproducibility at the 0.5 ng/mL level, which is the lowest level of quantitation considered.
