Improper LC connections can create bad chromatography. In this presentation we will discuss:
- Types of fittings – what is the best option?
- The importance of using the correct capillary
- How improper connections can affect the chromatogram
- How to make a good connection
Something as simple as a connection can potentially cause chromatography problems that may take you a long time to troubleshoot. Careful attention to making a good connection can reduce frustration and save time troubleshooting.
