Описание: In a webinar, hosted by New Food on 9 June, experts from Oxford Instruments and ALS Global will explore the use of benchtop NMR spectroscopy and TD-NMR in the testing laboratory.
During this webinar, Oxford Instruments’ Kevin Nott will give an introduction to time-domain TD-NMR and benchtop NMR spectroscopy. Tim Lumb from ALS Global, will focus on the common applications of NMR in food analysis and how the tool can develop moving forward.
The experts will explore whether it’s possible to characterise and understand more about the composition and character of fat using NMR, and will explain the targeted and non-targeted approaches, using coffee and herbs and spices as a reference.
This interactive event will be valuable for anyone involved with laboratory analytical techniques for food safety and fraud, as well as in R&D or quality control in the food industry.
