Описание: Contaminants in the sample matrix can create chromatography issues, system downtime, and unreliable test results. Having clean samples can help prevent most of these problems. There are many options for sample cleanup. We’ll discuss the following options:
- Solid phase extraction (SPE), which provides the cleanest sample.
- “Targeted” filtration, which can remove specific interferences from the sample matrix and provides clean samples.
In this talk, we’ll discuss tips for selecting, developing, and implementing SPE methods. We’ll also discuss newly developed targeted filtration options and their benefits.
