T.E.A.M. Ltd. was established in the beginning of 1992 in Bulgaria. The company is an authorized distributor and service center of Agilent Technologies for chromatographic, mass spectrometry, ICP-MS, NMR, MRI and X-ray analytical equipment for Bulgaria, as well as distributor of Foster&Freeman for a wide range of forensic equipment.

T.E.A.M. Ltd. offers complex solutions for complete laboratory equipment in the field of organic and inorganic analysis. T.E.A.M. Ltd. has dedicated its business activities to sales, warranty and after-warranty services, technical and methodological consultations, prophylaxis, calibration and control of analytical products in accordance with the respective standards, as well as organization of seminars and trainings in different cities in Bulgaria. The service center of T.E.A.M. Ltd. consists of high-qualified and well-experienced staff which is responsible for the installation and service of equipment, as well as customer training. The company offers technical and methodological consultations, e-seminars, telephone, on-line and on-site support, preventive maintenance, calibration and performance verification (IQ/PV and OQ/PV)of analytical systems according to the GLP/GMP standards.

Ltd. has been working in compliance with ISO 9001 standards since June 1998 and in October 2001 the company has been re-certified on ISO 9001:2000 - International Quality Standard New Revision. TEAM’s new ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Quality has been issued by ÖQS, the Austrian Organization of Certification, Verification and Assessments, a member of IQNet, the International Certification Network.
